The work is real, so is the healing
I am focused on helping you bridge the gap between where you are and where you want to be. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate as well as an Alcohol and Drug Counselor candidate in the state of South Carolina.
I believe "we are hurt in relationship and we heal in relationship.” Dr. Diane Poole Heller
This is my foundation in working with you. We will build a therapeutic relationship in which I take a warm, evidence based, honest, direct, and often times humorous approach. Our work together may not always be comfortable, but it will be safe.
What Do I Value?
Inclusivity - I am committed to honoring each client’s story and identity, celebrating their intersectionality with compassion and respect.
Resilience & Adaptability - As a military spouse, I’ve experienced firsthand how quickly life can change—new locations, new communities, and shifting routines. These transitions have taught me the “yes, and” mindset, which has helped me stay grounded, embrace uncertainty, and build resilience.
Willingness - It’s the commitment to show up, do the work, and lean into the process of becoming your most authentic self.
